MEET THE TEAM AT THE EUROPEAN GOLF PERFORMANCE INSTITUTE 
PAUL DARBY Paul, a Chartered Physiotherapist and Golf Conditioning Coach is the former Wolverhampton Wanderers Physio with 15 years golf specific experience in the physical development of players. Paul has spent his career working with sports performers at all levels. One of the countries first golf conditioning consultants and bio mechanist, specialising in the preparation of golfers Paul has worked with players at all levels of golf performance including Ryder Cup Captain Ian Woosnam, Ryder Cup player Peter Baker, Tom Whitehouse and Alison Nicholas. Paul has worked alongside the worlds most respected golf coaches and presents internationally on golf preparation and athletic development. 
MICHAEL BEAUMONT Michael is a PGA Qualified golf coach with many years experience delivering elite coaching programmes, his enthusiasm and knowledge of teaching and the performance aspect of golf makes him a much sought after and successful coach. A client base of players from handicap, elite amateurs and county squads along with European tour players Tom Whitehouse, Sam Walker. Michael adopts a modern approach to his teaching and utilises bio-mechanics, motion analysis, and video in his teaching. A sound knowledge in body mechanics enables his players to develop and improve. He is available for consultation via the EGPI office. ALISON NICHOLAS Alison joins the EGPI Coaching team following her retirement form tournament golf. Alison who led the Sohiem Cup Team in the 2009 event held in the USA ,is combining her duties as Captain for the 2011 event in Ireland with delivering coaching and training sessions with the EGPI team. Alison a qualified PGA coach brings her exceptional skills in all aspect of golf performance to the team. With the exceptional knowledge and experience gained on the worlds golf tours and untill recently delivering coaching at ther own acadmey in Birmingham Alison is very well equiped to develop the stars of the future. Alison is available for consultaion and lessons atthe academy, and her enthusiasm and skills will contiue to improve players of all levels. 
RACHEL SCOTT Rachel is the Team Deep Tssue Therapist an experienced therapist who assists players in the development of their skills through manual therapy. Rachel's techniques help players to improve muscle and joint range, release tight muscles and improve circulation aiding recovery. An experienced Physical Profiling Coach she offers motivational training to the members. Rachel is available for consultation through the EGPI office. 
CHRIS MILLER As well as being a Fellow of the PGA. Chris has made a particular study of how the mind influences performance. Chris feels how we think, represents about ninety per cent of sporting success or failure. He delivers the mental toughness programme for the EGPI. Chris is very experienced in using his experience to help people reach their full potential and unlock the barriers that lie within. Available for consultation through the EGPI office, or through his website on the links pages.  CARA PERCIVAL Cara joined us from Loughborough University. She has a degree in Sports Science and an enthusiasm to develop the players through Strength and Conditioning. Cara drives the development of our players with motivational programmes and personal training.
