EGPI is involved in the design of the rehabilitation of several buildings located on Denfert Rochereau avenue in Paris – France. The 6310 m² project is led by Paris Habitat for a construction cost of 11 360 000 €.
The guidelines :
- Construction and renovation of a 75 room nursing home with 62 medicalized and 40 equipped with Smarthome fixtures
- Construction housing and multi-purpose spaces for a religious congregation
- Renovation of Chateaubriand’s house for use as additional premises for the religious congregation.
- Renovation of additional multi-purpose spaces
