EGPI is part of a team led by Silvio d’Ascia (Architect) for the feasibility study of a construction project. The Paris public transport authority wishes an industrial hotel, a logistics platform and an electric bus warehouse – 60 000 m² – 110 M€.
EGPI has more specifically brought its expertise on the following topics :
- Design of the building envelope and energy systems (E+ / C- upcoming energy label)
- Design of a data center including an energy recovery system that ensures the office park’s heating
- Definition of the technical needs and the infrastructure involved in the recharging of 100 buses (65 kVA/unit)
- Definition of the environmental program
