As client assistant, EGPI was commissioned for the delivery of the Urban Quartz office and retail building – 13700 m² – 19 180 000 €.
EGPI provided documentation for the structure’s pre-construction sale, including producing off-plan documentation, the technical/architectural/aesthetic operations prior to acceptance of the fitted-out buildings, verification of the building’s compliance to technical and tender documents (sales instructions, safety instructions, notices, plans). EGPI then supervised the withdrawal of reservations as part of the perfect completion guarantee.
